Admin Fees are non-refundable if you cancel for any reason at any stage after receiving a booking confirmation.
Admin fees for different classes shown below:
Best Available Vehicle: 20%
Business class Service: 25%
Stretch Limousine and Minivan Service: 35%
After admin fees are deducted:25% of the total remaining booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 5 business days' notice but not less than 4 business days' notice. 50% of the total remaining booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 3 business days' notice of booking pick up time, but not less than 2 business days' notice. 100% of the total remaining booking amount is non-refundable if cancelled with less than 2 business days' notice of booking pick up time.
Merchant service fees are not refundable.
